The Nintendo DSi is the third iteration of the Nintendo DS handheld developed and manufactured by Nintendo.
The Console was first released in Japan on November 1 , 2008 in matte black and matte white .Nintendo had shipped 200,000 DSi units for this regions launch.
During the first few days on sale in Japan ,the DSi sold 170,779 units according to enterbrain or 171,925 units according to the media, either way not a bad start in two days im sure you agree?
The DSi was realeased in Australia and New Zealand on April 2, 2009 and already has sold over 30,000 units within ten days of its release in AUstralia, 92,000 were sold in the first few days in the United Kingdom and are proving to be very popular with people of all age groups.
I can understand why people are excited about buying this products because i myself have played on the Nintendo DS lites and if they are like them they will be very addictive , children love them and so do adults, this will be a very big seller for a very long time,not only is it a fantastic product but it looks nice aswell, its only a matter of time when they do all different colours like the DS Nintendos.
